An IPTV sub can stop working for several reasons that look similar on screen. An expired account, incorrect login, player problem and exceeded connection limit may all prevent playback. Check the account facts first so you do not make an unnecessary payment or reset a working device.

Confirm which subscription has expired

Look at the television-service account and any separate player licence. These may have different providers and expiry dates. A message asking for an app upgrade does not necessarily mean your television plan has ended, while a paid player cannot reactivate an expired content account.

Compare the service’s account display with the original order or renewal confirmation. If a recent payment has not appeared, check the stated processing time and ask support about the order reference before paying again.

Check the login method and account

Make sure the app is using the intended account, particularly if you tested several services or profiles. Compare the requested fields with the provider’s instructions. Extra spaces, an outdated server address or a login entered under the wrong account type can cause a rejection.

Use only account details supplied through your service’s legitimate delivery process. Do not substitute a public playlist or shared login as a way to repair a subscription you purchased.

Review simultaneous connections

If the plan allows one active stream, another television or phone may already be using it. Stop playback on other devices through the app’s normal controls and try the intended screen again. Confirm the provider’s connection policy if sessions appear to remain active unexpectedly.

Installation count and active-stream count are different. Successfully signing in on several devices at separate times does not establish that they may play simultaneously.

Separate account errors from app errors

If the account signs in but one channel fails, test other channels. If the app crashes before the login screen, investigate the app and device instead. Record the exact error wording so support can distinguish these cases.

Send the order reference, expiry shown, device, app and error through the contact page, keeping passwords private. Our subscription guide explains the underlying plan terms, and the renewal guide helps you track future expiry and payment dates.
